1. Agreement

By submitting an enrollment form or purchasing a course from Electrum Course (“we”, “us”, “our”) at electrun.tech, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

We are not affiliated with the official Electrum project, its developers, or Thomas Voegelaar.

2. Products and services

Electrum Course provides online educational courses about the Electrum Bitcoin wallet software. Course materials are delivered as digital files (PDF lessons and/or MP4 video lessons) and are not physical goods.

Available course tiers at the time of enrollment are described on the main page. We reserve the right to modify tier contents or pricing for future enrollments; existing students retain access to the content they enrolled in.

3. Order process

Placing an order consists of the following steps:

• You submit the enrollment form with your name, email, and selected course tier
• We send you a payment link within 24 hours on business days
• Upon confirmed payment, we deliver the course files to your email address
• Delivery is typically within 24 hours of payment confirmation

An enrollment is considered complete when payment is confirmed and course files have been delivered to the email address you provided.

4. Cancellation & refund policy

After delivery: Once the course files have been delivered to your email, the enrollment is considered fulfilled and refunds are not available. Digital goods cannot be “returned” once accessed.

Exceptions: If the files you received are corrupted or otherwise undeliverable due to a technical error on our end, we will re-deliver the correct files at no charge or issue a full refund at your request.

5. Intellectual property

All course content — including text, screenshots, diagrams, and video — is the intellectual property of Electrum Course and is protected by copyright law.

Upon enrollment, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the course files for your own personal use only. You may not:

• Share, resell, or redistribute the course files to any third party
• Publish, reproduce, or create derivative works based on the course content
• Use the content for commercial purposes without written permission

6. Accuracy of content

We make every effort to ensure course content is accurate and up to date. However, Bitcoin software, network conditions, and best practices evolve. We do not guarantee that all information remains accurate indefinitely, and we are not responsible for any financial loss arising from reliance on course content without verifying current conditions.

Our courses are educational resources, not financial or legal advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Electrum Course shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of Bitcoin or other digital assets, arising from the use of or inability to use our courses.

Our total liability for any claim arising from an enrollment shall not exceed the amount you paid for that enrollment.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable international law. Disputes arising from purchases shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct negotiation via email. If resolution is not reached within 30 days, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of this website or submission of an order after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
